These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered voice assistant service ("Service"). By using HeyTARA, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
 

1. Use of Our Services

  • 1.1. HeyTARA provides AI-powered voice automation for restaurant takeout orders, call handling, and reservations.

  • 1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use HeyTARA.

  • 1.3. You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • 1.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • 2.1. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

  • 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • 2.3. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

3. Payments, Subscription & Cancellation

  • 3.1. HeyTARA operates on a subscription model with different pricing tiers.

  • 3.2. Payments are billed on a recurring basis, and you authorize HeyTARA to charge your payment method automatically.

  • 3.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • 3.4. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

  • 4.1. HeyTARA aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • 4.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

  • 4.3. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

5. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

  • 5.1. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

    • Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

    • Interfering with the performance of HeyTARA.

    • Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit proprietary features.

  • 6.1. HeyTARA and its associated trademarks, logos, and technology are the property of HeyTARA.

  • 6.2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of HeyTARA’s proprietary technology without prior written permission.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

  • 7.1. HeyTARA collects and processes data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • 7.2. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • 8.1. HeyTARA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • 8.2. We are not responsible for business losses, missed orders, or indirect damages arising from service use.

  • 8.3. In no event shall HeyTARA’s liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • 9.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to HeyTARA for violation of these Terms.

  • 9.2. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • 10.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California.

  • 10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, unless prohibited by law.
